About the Workshop
HEALTHY BOUNDARIES
If there is 1 thing we all have to learn and practice more deeply, than it would be how to set and have healthy boundaries.
BUT WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?
Having healthy boundaries in life and in relationships, is much more than knowing when to say NO.
It is about getting to know your most authentic self, shedding layers and learning how to respect your own vulnarablity and changability. It is learning how to protect your own energy.

Chakras
A kriya is a pre-determined sequence of yoga exercises/postures.
Designed in a way to target specific pressure point in the body and/or to raise energy from the spine upwards.
What will you learn?
○ Basic Kundalini mantra's and the power of using your voice in mediation
○ A very wide definition of "healthy boundaries" and supporting practices
○ To bring attention to and how to work with different areas within our body
○ How to use the body to access the soul
Kundalini Yoga X Paganism?

With different methods, repetitive exercises, breath and sound, we aim to stimulate organs, glands and nerves,
which have a great effect on physical and mental well-being."

Will we be doing yoga?
Absolutely!
"Kundalini Yoga is for the curious".
The explanations in every class will be suitable for beginners to the practice. There will be options given to both beginners and the more experienced.
What if I'm not really into Esotericism/Spirituality,
will I still benefit from this workshop?
Yes.
What should I bring?
The classes are 90min and there will be movement, both with your body and with your voice. It is a good idea to take a bottle of water and/or a thermos with tea. If you have an unstable bood sugar or low blood pressure, you can also take a snack (for exampe some dried fruit). A notebook might also be nice if you want to write down any information or experiences.
